In order to make this delicious appetizer, you’ll need the following ingredients:

– ghee

– coconut aminos

– coconut palm sugar

– garlic

– green beans

– olive oil

– salt

– pepper

To prepare this GI Friendly Green Beans dish please follow these instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Wash and trim the green beans

3. In a large skillet, heat ghee over medium-high heat

4. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds

5. Add green beans and coconut aminos and sauté for 3 minutes

6. Remove from heat and add olive oil, salt, pepper

7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes
